Do You Ship Internationally?

Once our shipping operator got the costumes, they will go to the internet to check the customers’ shipping address and then fill in the shipping list carefully. After all of the shipping processes accomplished, we will call the International Air Service Cooperation to take the goods for delivery. It’s may be relatively time-consuming as the long distance and many customs inspections, but as our shipping method is air transportation so it’s save the shipping time to a large extent. 

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

The shipping method we offer are as follows:
– Free Shipping (Shipping Times of 11-22 Business Days)
– Standard Shipping (Shipping Times of 7-10 Business Days, Rate of $18)
– Express Shipping (Shipping Times of 2-6 Business Days, Rate of $25).
It normally takes 10-15 days for most costumes to be finished production.
The carrier service we use are mostly Fedex, SF, SFC, EMS, EUB.  

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Order Process Time (1-2 days) + Tailor Time (10-15 days) + Shipping Time (according to which shipping method you choose) = Total Shipping Time Please note the shipping time is not guarantee in special time such as Halloween and Christmas, etc.

If you required immediate postage, please pay using a credit card or Paypal balance directly on our website during checkout for instant clearance.

How long does it take for a PayPal payment to clear?

PayPal payments are instant when the source of funds is from a credit card, debit card or PayPal account balance. However, a PayPal payment where a bank account is used (eCheque) may take up to 5 working days to clear. Goods cannot be posted until the payment has cleared. We strongly recommend buyers not to use this option if you require the item ASAP.

 Is it safe to enter my credit / debit card details on your website?

How do I place an Order?

Enter the item page you want to order, fill in the wear date( refers to when you need to use the item), choose the gender, standard size or customize, then click” Add to Cart”.
Click button “Proceed to Checkout” if your order information is correct. PS: You can use the coupon code to apply for the discount on this page if you have the code.
Fill in the correct shipping address, email, phone number, and choose the shipping method payment method etc, click “Place order now”, finally, skip to Paypal page or Checkout page to finish your payment. then your order is placed.

Do I need an account to place an order?

It is very simple to purchase your favorite dress online. You can place the order with no registration. But we highly recommend you create a registered account before you place the order.

How long will it take to process my refund?

The following details how refunds are credited via PayPal:
Depending on the company that issued your credit card, it might take up to 30 days for your refund to appear on your credit card statement. If you paid using a credit card, the money is refunded to that credit card. If you paid using your bank account or PayPal account balance, the money is refunded to your PayPal account. If you paid using a combination of a credit card and another payment method, the amount paid with a credit card is refunded to that credit card. The remaining amount is refunded to your PayPal account.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you need the new costume/item within a week, it is best to place a new order and then follow the Returns procedure listed above to get a full refund for the original order.

If time is not an issue, please send the item back to us and include a paper note in the return parcel of the product code and size required for exchange. We will try to hold the item for you but there will be no guarantee.

How Can I Return a Product?

We understand that buying goods online can be risky.We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction.If you make a new purchase within 7 days receiving 1st order, we will waive the re-stocking fee. Please include a note in the return parcel if you’ve made a new purchase.  Please note that the re-stocking fee will still apply if you also return the 2nd purchase.Postage cost is non-refundable. A re-stocking fee of $8.50 will be deducted from refunds if free shipping was offered for the order.
